Courteous and effective up to some end to my neighbor How?
I, the world has a terrible neighbor disputes, And the kids fighting and screaming to the morning hours, I closed Can hear the windows perfectly ... Transition is too sick ... but They are not loud, rude, after they do their own I do not pick up, but they are all full of junk yard Piled from a yard sale years in June ... It makes the neighbor Look bad .. I say "Shut up," They get yelled at a couple of times, and It does not work ... Must be peace in the neighborhood!
If you did not tell them .... Noise complaints to the police Created, go to City Hall where their yard / exterior condition About / ordinance / statute law, sure.
